Tennis star's gluten-free diet is not for everyone

Though Wimbledon tennis champion Novak Djokovic has used a gluten-free diet to his benefit, Dr. Christian Jessen writes that such a diet is not beneficial for those who do not have gluten intolerance or celiac disease. The diet can deprive the body of fiber and lead to other nutritional shortcomings.
